Started week 5 today weighed in today at 197 and almost broke into 12% bf (sounds better than 13.3) muscles feel harder strength is still increasing . Don't need much rest between sets and the pumps I've been getting are crazy I'm hoping I can get to 210 10% taking a page from chic rocks book...

Yea I have no reason to even try another brand with results I'm getting . Yea the 13 mi is some crazy idea I had that before I turn 40 this year I wanted to run a 3, 8 ,13 mile race already did my 8 so on to 13 save the 3 for last i figured...
So being kind of of food snob when it comes to eating healthy. I want some good tasting food . So in my search I found this Website fitmencook.com tons recipes and I've made several recipes and they are good. The macros seem to be on point. So if your getting bored of plain food really helps...
