Had troubles getting to my 2715 calories for the day - and only made it to 2500 calories. I was averaging 2000/day prior to starting...
Perfect thread. That helped clarify questions. Right now I'm on the 50mg/day dosed 2x/day @ 25mg each. I will up it in about 2 weeks and see how it goes. It sounds like if I can handle the higher dosage, I will get more benefits. Though it will cost me $$ in more product...but hey, I'm here...
Thanks JP. I will be modifying the workouts as I go. As the strength comes on, I might need to go traditional progressive overload by body part (i.e. arm day, chest/back day, legs, arm day, chest/back day) and mix in cardio 3-4x/week.
I agree with the posts...more water, potassium, and less sodium. However, the forearms are a rare place to get cramps. That is odd. Have you tried myofacial release? If not, buy a tool on Amazon (like this one -...

Holy s*%t. That's awesome. So you had about 39lbs of fat before and now 30, on a frame that went from 177 to 192. If my math is right, that's 24lbs of muscle gained (9 from fat and 15 from pure muscle). Wow!!
What was your macro and calorie intake like and what was your workout regimen?

If you ordered from SARMSX, the bottle should show 20mgs/ml @ 30ml ---> meaning you get 20mg per ml. Fill to the 1 ml line (if you are dosing 20mg per dose). Not sure what Dylan suggested for you.
Completely agree. Lots of bad form out there. I definitely do them with elbows tucked closed to the body. The key is to keep shoulders over hips, if you don't, then at that angle, your chest faces the ground more and puts a nasty torque on shoulder capsule. Could be poor shoulder flexibility...
