I count them for total carbs but when I'm aiming below 100 then I subtract the fiber to allow for more oats or rice.

No joke here...the sponsor mystery products being pushed have always been a turn off- I get why it happens but there is no 1 end all be all drug compound out there, no matter what people are selling
