I didn't lose any. Was I flat some days? Yes I was, but being flat is just temporary condition from glycogen stores being depleted. I had a carb up meal every 7 days and I filled out instantly.
Man this diet was absolutely hell... Felt hungry all the time and some days I felt good, some days I was run down and tired. I was honestly going crazy on that diet. But I just said fuck it and did the damn diet anyway!!

I've been running hipo's norma test and robo tren/mast/anadrol for the past 6 weeks and I love it. Things are going great and the gains are solid. also I covered my face with a donut... Some of you may think that's funny lol
