As I get older my workouts have changed also. I will be 59 in august and still put in the work just not as much as I used to. I have learned about focusing on each muscle during the workout
I was 260 at one time without ever touching that stuff. Was a tad fat at that time but not bad. Im way leaner now at 220 and feel alot better, but am also almost 59
I knew a guy that only worked out when he was cycling, he would loose all his gains after a short time. Next cycle he would look the same when he started. Of course he was a dumbass but anyway LOL
I have needed a shoulder replacement for about 8 yrs but to young yet my doctor says. I cycled deca this summer and was amazed at what it did for my shoulder. I have had many cortisone shots which cost me lots of money and had nothing close to what deca did for it.
