Yeah you have to keep your skin hydrated and not dry because your skin will create excess oil to compensate. A moisturizer right after the shower works good.

Control your prolactin and it will get better. Use water based acne meds not oil based. Look for products that have 10% benzoyl peroxide.

Bronkaid works really good. It's a bronchodilator with ephedrine. It opens up your lungs like no other over the counter med. It used to be a prescription drug for asthma patients but now it's over the counter. It helped with the congestion from tren.

I used it when I was a teenager. One of the sides was crazy aggression. It worked great and got rid of all my acne but boy was I an asshole.
