I use BCAAs and protein powder. I also take vitamins D3, b12 and CoQ10 every morning. Keep working that diet and push hard in the gym.
Also you need to be sure that you are getting enough sleep. I see so many guys who are working the hell out of every part of their plan and only getting 5-6 hrs...

I had a serious orthopedic surgery years back and spent 2 yrs recovering.
Its a long road but one worth traveling. Keep a positive attitude and work hard at rehab you will come out the other side better for it.

A little red meat, bison, olive oil, coconut oil, avocado, almonds, cashews or pistachios. Obviously not all at once. I like to vary the sources from week to week.
MK 677 needs to be run for a min of 6 months to really get the benefit. (Most go for longer)
Ostarine or MK 2866 should be run for 12 weeks.
GW also needs to be run 12-16 weeks.
Pesonally I think a better run would be.
1-12 MK 2866 25mg am
1-12 LGD 10mg am
1-12 S4 25mg am/25mg pm
GW 1-16...
GW is taken once a day.
20mg a day 60 min before your workout. On non workout days I take my dose when I wake up in the am.
I have never had a single issue with feeling sick. And I usually take 3 different sarms in a cycle.

Rick hit the nail on the head. I did a lot of research on this about a year ago (I think I drove Dylan nuts with questions LOL).
My conclusion is every 3 - 4 moths for 4 - 6 weeks at 1000 Iu per week split in 2 sub q injections.

Yes the yellow green tint is normal. But if it gets to be too much just cut it back to 50mg per day and you should be good to go. I ran it at 50 for 12 weeks and the sides were marginal at the worst.
