Happy to report that my first glute pin went surprisingly well except that I forgot to aspirate. Freaked out for a few seconds and then collected my shit. Absolutely ZERO pain. In fact I wouldn't have even known the needle was in had I not been looking. Amazing how the brain works with shit...
Great video Dylan.
I train legs 2x per week, Tues/Friday. Was there anything about frequency to get the most benefit? And does the benefit carry over to the next day or is it only effective for muscles trained on the same day?
I have no fear just don't want to screw up. Never done it before. Based on everyone's comments/input everything seems pretty straight forward. I'm looking forward to it...at least that's what I'm telling myself. lol
When I ran LGD I noticed small differences in pumps and stamina pretty quick. Although, the stamina could of been mental. Started to notice strength results and size gain beginning somewhere in weeks 3-5. Can't remember exactly but it was soon for me.
I have been watching Dylan's, which I'm going to follow. Also, came across this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbnThhRmjRY. Quad injection using 21g x 1" to draw and 30g x 1/2" to inject.??
Thanks for all the input btw. Probably seems trivial to most of you but I'm very detail oriented.
I think I would be more comfortable pinning the thigh because it's right there in front of me. I feel limited when I try to twist around in a position to pin the glute. Don't have a mirror where I will be pinning either.
Just curious as to which is better for a first timer (test cyp)? Read an medical article that stated thigh is preferred if you are solo injecting. I have no experience pining at all and would appreciate any advice you guys can offer.
If it's glutes I was going to use 18g to draw and 25g x 1"...
