Curious how much you weigh? 6'2" and only 2000 cals at 16% bf tells me that you really need to step it up in the gym/kitchen. 2000 cals is not much at all especially for a guy your height that trains intensely.
Never heard of it but a quick seach brought up that it's just a test booster. Nothing special that I'd waste my money on.
Now to be honest. You say "eats good, works out everyday, and very fit" but then follow that up with "30% bf". I'm a little more lenient with the ideal bf% for cycling than...
First cycle, I'd run test only. Longer ester like cyp or enth. Lower dose like 300mg a week for 12. Save the tren and test 400 for another cycle. Just because you have it doesn't mean you have to run it now. Be smart. AI is necessary. Bloodwork is necessary. PCT in hand is necessary.
First cycle should be test only bud. Stepping into this world, all cycles will have test as a base so the first run should be your time to see how your body responds. As far as your goals are concerned, this is where diet comes into play. If your goal is to cut, focus needs to be on nutrition...
Unfortunately, theres no easy way to find out concentration/dosage. There are tests to check for presence of the hormone but thats about it. Only way to know is bloodwork.
Whats your nutrition look like? From what I read, you're 20% bf and you want to gain 30 more lbs and then cut? Your bf% is pretty elevated to consider adding more weight. If I were you, I'd focus on getting your nutrition in check to clean things up.
Asking this question makes me feel like you need to put some more time into research. You're asking if you can stack tren with tren? I'd just pick one based on the esters of the other compounds you're running.
Cmon man... don't go looking for shortcuts at your age. You need to make your main focus training and nutrition. Aas only enhances whats already in place. It doesn't make up for what you lack. Focus on the basics and have patience.
Don't overcomplicate things man. If you want to run 400mg of test a week, then just run 400mg of test a week. There's no need to go into accounting for how much ester vs hormone.
