I'm on Deca which obviously increases nitrogen retention.. So in theory extracting more protein from my meat.. but I didn't realize that I can go beyond the portion size per meal
Do AAS increase how much protein you can absorb in one sitting (more than 25-35g at a time)?? Obviously we need more protein at the end of the day.. I'm not talking about daily caloric intake, I'm talking about the amount of protein absorption in one meal...

I did extensive research on different hgh suppliers in China and bought some from a supplier with 7 year rating.. That's a very long history and over 50 reviews..
Would you guys have done the same? I made sure to avoid 1st yr suppliers and no reviews
I didn't mean to exaggerate.. I just mean I feel revitalised after 10-15 sec, whereas I'm usually tired for 1-2 min when not on deca. I'm still taking normal rest times..
