Day 11
Rest day
Diet is going as usual today. Got legs tomorrow this increased volume should provide some quality soreness lol. Feeling a lot less stiff this morning so I'm really glad I stuck it out on dead lifts. The first few weeks I get back into them I tend to get sore but it goes away...
For AAS time on +pct = time off. But that's a standard recommendation. However certain compounds do take longer to recover on that's why blood work is imperative. For sarms I believe the recommend time of is 4 weeks after pct. Also I recommend replacing the tongkat with DGA Post CT. I used it...
Appreciate it Rick and Dylan. Put some low heat on it to help relax always seems to help. I haven't had it as bad as you two but I'm a regular at the chiropractor just for rune ups every 2 to 3 months.

Nice I like that idea. From what little I know about it seems like large amounts of carbs then back to normal. Supposed to help to keep muscle while not stalling on fat loss if I remember right

If you hate the taste that bad... put the chaser in your mouth squeeze the dropper and swallow it all. It just dampens the taste your still going to get the bad taste but you won't be wasting anything since there is no glass

The one that bothers me the most isn't new people. I would much rather work around someone who is trying than the guy doing the exact same thing every single day. People with no direction bug me. I see it all the time. People come in do the exact same exercises every day. People who do one set...
Will do. I wasn't planning on cialis but I used it last week so I'll just keep all the variables the same. With increased work I'm hoping for a good one. Had an awesome one Saturday with shoulders

Now that makes sense. Numbers are less but in the math portion the increased weight and reps makes an actual increase in total weight lifted. Thanks for helping me learn all of this. It's not enough to just lift some weights and eat some food but to understand what you're doing and how it works...
Makes sense. Have to let the ego go though lol. For me with the less rest it means that I have to decrease the weight a bit. I think I'll try and start a few pounds lighter this week due to increased reps and sets. Is that the correct way or should I just attempt to use the same weight? A few...
That's the part I'm least excited about lol but I'll get through it. Also since you mentioned it what's the point in decreasing? To help keep the heart rate up I assume
