Glutes for me 25g 1.5 inch. Quads are hit or miss and I seem to be very unlucky lately hitting veins... went forever without it and now every other time I’d aspirated it’d fill. Delta are super easy too but I wouldn’t use more than 1 inch for those.

Gluten IMO is best because you’d have a tough time messing it up as long as you know the general area, first few times I hit thighs they were sore for a week lol not to mention every other time I’ll draw blood back up while aspirating there. Personally would also go 1.5s better safe than sorry.
No issue with the skin stretching and ruining it but I would recommend making sure it is covered at the gym as it’s essentially a big open wound for the first week- week and a half. Just wear some sweats don’t have to wait man.
