Well fair enough I went to a show completely off-ped's last year and it was pretty cringy, I was very flat and not completely shredded, just pretty lean... And I got 2 x 1st place trophy (out of 1 person and out of 2) and 1x 2nd place and yeah this was cringy for sure...

I think you're a little hard on the participation trophies, everything you do does not, and simply cannot, be "the best". Understanding this is a crucial part of life I believe but I also agree that half-assing through stuff and fiddling around is just not a good approach to anything.

Update: it works super well. I'm very happy with it. I can split the 20mg caps in 2 if I want to and I've been taking 40mg a day for the last couple of days and trained every one of them and today I had so much wind it was ridiculous.
