Have you tried anything else beside the cortisone shots taking collagen? Glucosamine? Fish oil, D3, copper, Boron? I would say avoid the shots if you can. I have really bad joint pain as well especially in shoulders.

Yup been using it for years and I love it. I take it 4-5 days a week before my gym seshes super small amounts seem to go a long ways with me so around 5mg. So 5 mg 4-5 days a week really helps with the gym and then for the bedroom time later.
