Forgot to mention, today being start of week 3 - I upped my Osta to 25mg. I was feeling great on the 12.5 but all advised after 2 weeks (for female) bump it up. So I am. :)

Yesterday hit a wall. Had been in the gym 7 days straight burning 750-900 cals a workout and only one day active rest burning 400 cals. So it was probably coming. And at a calorie deficit that I'm still not 100% sure is perfect for me as I get back into all this again.

To be clear, I don't mean I don't have energy. NOT AT ALL. I have a lot of great energy and clarity/focus on my work. There is something connected to that too I think. I just mean I can tell my cals could be a bit low.
