What needles are you using by the way? Length and gauge? Where are you pinning? Gluts or quads, or somewhere else? A bit of slight pain is fine but an actual lump is never acceptable.
Just like they said bro, get your full bloodwork results printed out, blank out your name, take a pic and post it up here on these forums. These guys can read bloodwork better than most physicians :)

When Im not grappling I workout every 3 or 4 days depending on how I feel. Back + arms is one workout, and chest + legs is the other and I alternate between them. Mostly doing low-mid reps, like 8 reps for the warmup sets and I pyramid up till I'm doing a weight that I can only handle 3-5 reps...
