A couple of years ago I had one for 6 months. He got my macros started and I learned how to weigh and count my macros. Also eating whole foods. I just got lazy these past few months. Won't take long to lean down, i'm not a big guy, 15% is high for me.

I'm 37, 5'9 190lb about 12-15% bf. Been lifting for about 7 years. Goal is to add some more lean muscle without adding any more fat. Maybe even drop bf while adding muscle.
Hey guys, I've cycled a few times and about to start another Tren E and Test E cycle. Running 300mg of each, but I have some Tbol, 100 20mg pills. Should I, and if so, when should I add it?
I've been running tbol for 3 weeks now. I'm stronger and seem to walk around with muscle fullness all of the time. Is this normal, or did I get dbol instead? Any info would be nice. Just want to make sure I have the right gear. I heard tbol is faked a lot.
