Been laying low for a while but still hitting the workouts hard, getting more sleep, dialing in diet a little better, and 4 more weeks of chucks cycle left. This was today.
Haven't lifted heavy deadlifts but still managed 5 plates.

This workout program is different than what I usually do and have done before. This is a mix of GVT and HIIT since I rest less than a min per set and decrease rest time each week by 10 secs.
One week in and feeling great. Recovery is great and gym/workout aggression is increasing. Weights are Increasing even with less rest time between sets.
