I'm 43. Fluctuate from 180 to 184. 32" waist. Not sure of body fat percentage but have like a two packages if that makes sense. Can run 5 to 10 miles. Can do 100 push-ups at any given moment. Do 15 to 20 pull ups. 300 lb. max bench and climbing.
