Hey guys. Had 2 older vials of test cyp (under 1 year old) that I'm about to start using again..
Found some flakes floating around IN BOTH.. should I trash or is there something I can do?
This was the 6th week of the cycle
Running test cyp @ 350mg/wk (split into 2 doses)
Tbol @ 60mg/day (first 6 wks)
Deca @350mg a day (split into 2 doses)
Total test was at 1736
Estradiol was at 56 (extremely estrogen prone) and I'm running aromasin at 12.5mg daily
Prolactin was at .6 (running...
Might want to rethink your goals, putting on 20lbs while dropping 3-4% bf seems a bit lofty. That's basically saying u will put on 30 pounds of lean tissue while getting leaner.. that's godlike
10-15 pounds while keeping fat from increasing (not lowerin bf) would be a VERY successful cycle
Not using a coach, I've gotten myself stage lean during mock preps as well as gotten others ready for shows. I'm just doing the typical "paranoid I don't have enough time" thing lol

U also won't have time to get lean. Chances are u will put on fat.. and if you are already 13% u can't afford to add anymore fat.. hell I'll be doing a 12 week prep and I'll be starting around 11-12%bf and I'm scared I'm cutting it too close
I keep mine around 1g per pound of body weight and have progressed just as much as I did with 1.5-2...
Will never eat that much protein again because:
Digestion was shit
Expensive as hell
Had to sacrifice either fats or carbs to make my cals fit
Stuck eating bs chicken and lean meat in order...
I agree. Just thought a blanket statement of "20 minute of cardio PWO isn't going to cut it" is pretty crazy to say not knowing how much that 20 minutes is affecting him or how much he needs to lose
Cardio is not a requirement for getting on stage. PLENTY of ppl don't get on cardio at all until 3-4 weeks out. My goal is to do none for my upcoming show.. if u start cardio too soon u can pretty much guarantee u will be doing over an hour a day come showtime. Keep that shit in your back pocket...
