    Might want to rethink your goals, putting on 20lbs while dropping 3-4% bf seems a bit lofty. That's basically saying u will put on 30 pounds of lean tissue while getting leaner.. that's godlike 10-15 pounds while keeping fat from increasing (not lowerin bf) would be a VERY successful cycle

    Cardio is not a requirement for getting on stage. PLENTY of ppl don't get on cardio at all until 3-4 weeks out. My goal is to do none for my upcoming show.. if u start cardio too soon u can pretty much guarantee u will be doing over an hour a day come showtime. Keep that shit in your back pocket...
