Usually, yeah, cardio would be with workout #2. Mostly because time is limited in the morning. Unless it's Saturday, then we're there for like 3 hours when we don't have my son. Gym child care has a 2 hour max... sigh.
Thanks!! Had a pretty awesome shoulder day this morning, I upped my weight on everything! It wasn't a walk in the park or anything but it felt nice! I just got over some nastiness that my little bucket of germs brought home from preschool, so I feel ya there... Hope you feel better!
Question...
The elliptical would probably be a good option then. If she's going to be an RN, then she should understand what you're teaching her about nutrition since they go over a lot of that in her RN classes (I started and never finished that program a loooong time ago).
Does she have any kind of...
I second this. I help run a fitness group for local moms on FB and we have some ladies in there with 100+ lbs that they are trying to lose. When someone is at that point, diet is CRUCIAL until they start actually losing. Stairs and treadmill are going to reek havoc on her knees. I would stick...
Yeah, it burns the back of my throat for sure! But it takes about 2 min and it's gone. ScottM is getting used to it too... I commented to him this morning that it would SUCK to take it with a sore throat! He is still on some antibiotics from some nastiness he caught a while back. I think it's...
Got my squats in this morning:
Warmed up with 1x8 @ 95 and 1x8 at 135
1x3 @ 165
1x3 @ 185
3x3 @ 215
1x3 @ 225
3 reps at 225 is HUGE for me! That was my max 5 weeks ago and that was a HARD max. Now I can rep it. I can't wait to max again next Saturday!
I'm getting a little more used to the...
Hell yeah! Beast mode baby! I am definitely going to find that app. I help run a fitness group on FB for moms, so if I like it, I'll probably pass it along on there as well.
You will definitely get there! Check out the Smolov Squat program when you get a chance. That's what really took me to...
Damn!! It took me probably 6+ months to be able to rep 135# sans sarms (obviously). So you're progressing FAST! I also use a belt and knee sleeves with anything over 135#. It definitely helps, and I don't want an injury.
Thanks!! I will check it out! I was hoping there would be something I would find to track that stuff besides writing it all down. ScottM (boyfriend) and I take up both squat racks, and I swear people stop what they're doing to watch. It's amusing...
Yay!! Keep it up with those squats!
I didn't have a c-section, but I'm right there with you with the baby flab. My son is 4.5 and I still have a roadmap of stretch marks and STILL have loose skin.
Thanks Dylan!
I'm trying to get a decent baseline for everything before sarms really kicks in, so I was at the gym for almost 2.5 hours last night and then another hour and a half this morning. I need to write down everything I did and at what weight. Got 5 sets of 5 squats at 205lbs. Tomorrow...
If I HAVE to. Cardio and I have never been friends. I will probably incorporate a little bit to start with and see where it goes. We might do another mud run in March, so I probably should.
So this morning begins my first Sarms X triple stack! I'm pretty excited about it, especially after finding this forum and getting a lot of very good, UNIFIED (that's important) advice from so many of you. So here is what I'm going to be running (per Dylan's advice):
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split...
I've tried everything! Still makes me gag, I can't even get it down. Sucks too because they smell SO EFFING GOOD coming out of the oven. I WANT to like them, but it makes me want to insta-puke as soon as it touches my tongue.
