Excellent, Im all for slow grow and getting STRONG. My goal for the next year (as mentioned might as well call me going into year 2) is to put on a solid 20-25 lbs. Im not sure if I get entitled to full on newbie gains or not, but I have been at a deficit (more or less) for about a year to get...
Seeing Im a trt guy, I personally never bought into the "kickstart" thing. I like everything sort of going to work at once, just my preference.
I tried var once but just figured it was bunk because I got absolutely nothing from it. This input has been great, thank you
Cool. As I posted Im all about long "dry" gains now. I have to admit though when about day 7 or 10 hit on dbol and you logbook says you did 50's on hammer curls last week and this week it feels like a paper weight, that is pretty satisfying lol
I do a workout similar to DC training, and its only similar.
For example right now I do 2 different workouts and A and a B
A workout
Incline bench 5-6 6-8 8-10 rep scheme with about a 2 min rest period. This goes for all my staple compound lifts
Standing mil
CGBP
Low cable flys 15 reps then...
Cool, if you were to choose between var and tbol?
Ive moved past the idea of ever being 240 and shredded, and honestly being much over 210 doesnt excite me much. I just want to get as strong and as lean as I can, in a relatively linear way. Meaning no more binging my way 30-40lbs up lol...
I have some from July 015 or so, total bunk bullshit. Did absolutely nothing. I used some from them last year around May 014, and made a noticeable difference
This is what ive found to be true for me also. dont get crazy with it. I like to finish my cardio days with 20 mins in the 190 degree sauna, really helps recovery.
I am a huge responder to dbol. The old pink thai's I can take 10-15mg per day and have back pumps that will crush the life out of you and gain 20-25lbs of water in a month. With that being said, nothing, and I mean nothing (that ive tried so far) makes me feel that strong, so quickly.
Besides...
I lift 3 days per week so, take my advice with a grain of salt. Anyone of my friends that I help get setup on a fat loss protocol or have plateaud. Women appear to be even more challenged with the fatloss thing (imo) because of their overall mass, you can only cut so many cals. Same goes for...
Hello everyone. This is the first forum ive been on since about 06'. I used to be on a lot of the old forums from 03-06 ish but there had been a lot of bs, and crackdowns, so I split. Im not sure what I may or may not be able to offer here but, at 40 years old and lots and lots of mistakes over...
