I’m currently not using anything. In the past I have used deca, tren, anadrol, winstrol etc. but if I do another cycle I’d like to know maybe there is something I can do to prevent water retention or maybe I could take specific steroids. I’m 28, 164 pounds, 28 years old, maybe 18 percent body fat.

When on a cycle how do I avoid getting the bulky water retention look? I face also looks swollen. And overall my body also looks bloated.
