    Cardio last night was great. Went twice the distance than normal. Gonna up the intensity next run and gradually push the distance each time. Loving GW.

    Sounds like it's a common thing. I ain't changing for anyone. I would hope I'm inspiring someone at least. Well my gf is which is great. Just be nice if friends and family followed suit. I always tell them that living a healthier lifestyle works wonders for your mind, body and soul.
