    PB anytime.. Honey Roasted from Fairway > I went with "resistance" just to include to include the use of bands. If you are looking to put on lean mass I would start by eating more on days you box, no need to cut it out.

    I think a lot of people just start losing fat so their musculature becomes more defined to the eye and they mix this up with gaining muscle. I dont believe in this gain muscle & lose fat at the same time "recomp" wizardry.

    You should save your tbol and go test only for a first cycle. You'll get way better results. Do what you want but pinning isn't bad, shit I look forward to it
