Upper/lower split is the only option imo. High protein and carbs at the weekends then high protein low cals Monday-Friday.

You're barely old enough for sarms so suppression is more of an issue. I'd suggest you don't run sarms for another year or two but if you must get bloodwork done. Sarms are often faked with prohormones which will really supress you and fuck up your liver to boot.

Why on earth wouldn't you get a full blood panel, especially if you are worried about you liver and kidney values - you should always do this in any case. Your lack of logic is worrying.

If you are not making solid gains then frankly your training and nutrition is the problem and you should consider paying for coaching not gear.
