    I do the same shit wheel it over, But then they all watch as isolation sets in. Then set it up incline & do incliine curls then flip the bench around into cable skull crushers. Now where talking complete tension & BURN.

    Nice workout CC. I too love the cables for the tension, I love switching with moust.bar & straight bar. Also i like doing them seated on a inline bench, half incline the tension & strict movement is great.
