Howzit Boet! I am from South Africa too. I took Cardarine for 12 weeks and the fat l9ss was not significant but my drop in cholesterol was absolutely amazing. The Doc said it was the best results ever and I need to keep doing whatever I am doing. If you just want to shed fat then there are other options that will be cheaper. I got 40mg Cardarine x50 for R650 and split the caps so I had 100 days worth of the proper dose. I am on LGD and MK2866 at the moment from the same supplier - message me if you need details
