I use defymedical.com and pay out of pocket very cheap no monthly fees no membership fees and they never push anything on me. Discounted bloods and only pay for meds and bloods every 6 mos. I think upfront was 300 comprehensive bloods and 120 every 3 mos for test script. Just a thought
