I’m a 52 year old professional motorcycle rider. Grew up very athletic. Football was my first love, along with weight lifting. Suffered a AC tear years ago, then more recently torn rotator cuff, surgically repaired. Done pretty good with it. Small tear in other Rotator cuff. Elected not to have surgery and it has gotten better. A few other surgeries but over all I feel like I’m pretty health. Looking to make more gains now.
