Trying to focus on gaining strength and aolidify a good foundation working high volume Squats Deadlifting Bench Pressing and Overhead Pressing all at least 3x per week
*I do nurse nagging shoulder injury on my right side , work on proactive recovery doing lots of Face Pulls and work smart around the irritation
