I'd like to stay around my current weight. I'm a small framed 5'8" guy, so putting on much more weight won't be useful to me. I'd like to have more definition, be more vascular, and finally join the 300 club!
Supplements - protein
Diet - IM for 14-16hrs a day.I don't count cals or macros. I stay the fuck away from sugar. I hunt a lot and eat what I kill. Lots of meat and eggs, black coffee, and limited carbs. If I'm hungry in the hours that I'm not IM, then I just eat.
I've been lucky so far, no injuries or surgeries
