I enjoy weight lifting in a group exercise environment and I am an outdoors enthusiast. I love backpacking, climbing mountains, freediving, and cooking healthy authentic foods. I have joined the forum because I am interested in optimizing my health and performance in the activities I enjoy. And, I want to learn how to heal nagging injuries so that I can eventually return to these activities.
