Hi my is Adam, i started my weight lost and strength training journey about 6 months ago at my heaviest i was about 205 and now weight 178 i still have a-lot more work to do still overweight due to my high body fat percentage. Prior to this had no experience in weight lifting and joined a group in which we would train together i started to get energy, feel lean and strong but due to covid-19 that has stopped and i have gained weight to 187 also feeling like i lost all the muscle i gained. Im looking for advice and some guidance to get back on track and build the body that i want.
