I've been working out lately and realized that I lack flexibility, so I want to find a stretching coach. Preferably one who does classes online, as I have a busy schedule. Can anyone recommend a good specialist?
I was just recently looking for an online stretching coach and found a great one. He offers an author's methodology. By the way, he is the most flexible person on the planet, according to the Guinness Book of World Records. Here is the link. Even after 30 you can become as flexible as a stretching coach, and even sit on the twine! It's real and not as hard as it seems.
