I read so many mixed opinions about this that I decided to test it for myself. After using KMS pico activator for Windows, I manually checked for updates. To my surprise, everything worked security patches, driver updates, and even optional features. The only issue? After a major update, I had to reactivate, but that was an easy fix. So, from my experience, updates still work fine.
