I debated whether to pay for a premium listing when selling my home, and I found mixed results. Some platforms, like Rightmove Plus, offer extra exposure, but it really depends on market demand. If your area is competitive, a boost might help you stand out. But if your property is already priced well and in demand, you could get the same results without paying extra. I ended up trying a featured listing, and while I got more views, the actual offers weren’t dramatically different. I’d say it’s useful for slow-moving properties, but not a must-have for hot markets.
