What are the best foods to eat that keep you full for hours without overloading on calories?

Hi everyone! I’m trying to find foods that are satisfying and keep hunger at bay. I’ve heard protein and fiber are key, but I’d love specific suggestions or recipes that work for you. Any tips?
I’ve found that incorporating more protein and fiber into meals and snacks really helps with staying full. For meals, try dishes with lentils, chickpeas, or quinoa, they’re super filling and versatile. For snacks, Greek yogurt with nuts or hummus with whole-grain crackers are lifesavers. Adding healthy fats like avocado or almond butter can also keep you satisfied longer. I even treat myself occasionally with indulgent snacks, once, I got a gift box from Shari's Berries and found that their chocolate-dipped fruit felt like a luxurious, guilt-free treat.
