LGD Cycle Results

Hey guys, I'm making this thread for a friend who just ran pure essence lgd 10mg for an 8 week bulk. He has only done a cycle of ostarine before as a recomp(sarms1), and gained 2lbs of muscle whilst shedding 2lbs of fat according to DEXA scan. Now here's the strange part, his lgd results were quite dissapointing compared to osta... he gained 1.5lbs of muscle and 7lbs of fat according to DEXA scan. He also got bloodwork after and his test was significantly suppressed, which indicates the lgd is more than likely legit from pure essence...

So heres my question, does he just have bad genetics for bulking? He has bulked naturally before too and gained nothing but fat, but seems to respond better to recomp and cutting diets... Has he maybe reached his muscle building genetic limit? He is 26 yrs old 5"10 185lbs currently 16% bodyfat. Would appreciate any feedback to help him understand why he doesn't seem to do well with bulking.

What's his diet and training look like? It's hard to say without that info

His diet is very clean he ate a 500 calorie surplus 300p/500c/100 uses scale to measure food too and his training is typical hypertrophy push/pull/legs/off/repeat

There are so many factors that can contribute to results, it's far too hard to say exactly why his results were less this time around. His current body composition, diet, training, and response to compounds are all at play here. Also when you are at higher bodyfat levels your body will store fat easier than build muscle. It's easier to build muscle when you are leaner, so that could also be a factor

Yea man I'm thinking maybe he just didn't respond well to it because he was relatively lean to begin with. It just doesn't make sense that he gained less muscle on lgd during a bulk then he did on ostarine during a recomp...
 
This sounds kind of weird. On the Super Stack, I swear to god I gained between 12 and 15lbs of pure mass. This is not based to water (not that SARMs bind any water at all) or nitrogen retention to much either, it's based on how much I weighed on different competitions.
That being said, I did get quite suppressed. Worth it though.
 
you never know what someone is actually doing with their diet etc and WHAT he is taking in could be the culprit... he could be more sensitive to things than he knew or even once was... as we age, we respond different to many things than we may have in the past etc... it just depends, it could be a number of things... its quite strange to see the skewed numbers here but i assure you, everyone reacts in a much different way... its also much better to stack sarms as opposed to stand alone...

Did he do a PCT after Ostarine cycle, and for how long, and how soon after the Ostarine cycle did he start the LGD cycle?
 
ya sounds weird and why is he trying to bulk anyway if he doesn't want to gain weight I mean you cant always get clean gains.
