I decided to try a Sarms Cycle, I need input.

Ok this took some soul searching but Im going to take a very first sarms cycle. This is my first time taking sarms. Never done Steroids.(My basic supps are creatine, zinc, magnesium malate,Vitamin B12, VitaminD3 fish oil and protein powder) This is my Stats: 44 years old, I just got on the scale 228lbs and Im 5'10". I don't know my body fat % but Im holding belly fat. I do have a decent build. Reason for going on this cycle is easy for me. I went down to 217lbs(close to my goal of 200lbs) but I lost power. I'm not happy with that. At my current weight of 228lbs Im decently strong for a natural and 44 year old man. My goal is to get to 200lbs but Maintain or better YET INCREASE my strength. My current stats. Bench press 375lbs. Squat 375lbs, (I try to stay away from Squats)Deadlift I don't do.(herniated lower disc,due to car accident) leg press 1100lbs for sets of 6-8 reps. Bench Press Dumbells 130lbs for 6-8 reps. hammer chest I have squeezed 450lbs(10 plates of 45) but my shoulders get taxed. I do have injured shoulders, never had an MRI but I'm guessing a rotator cup(flat bench press on a smith machine caused the injury) Reason Im giving the run down is to let knowledgeable members know of my injuries and could suggest/include a sarm for this cycle that could also help heal my shoulders. I do work out hard but I have learned to tuck my elbows in to protect my shoulders. Pain is less and I do get by. I don't want to use S4 for anything (I don't want vision issues) I will start my cutting macros at: 350grams for carbs. 240grams for protein and 70grams Fats.. I will adjust macros as I monitor my weight loss.. Thank you for any input. I did PM Dylan and RICK but they were not aware of my injuries.. I will use PE sarms..

You have a very nice muscular build for a natural brother, and who shows that you know exactly what you are doing and have put in a lot of time in the gym. I'm not far off of your age, so I understand completely the nagging injuries that can occur. I also know you would like to get into better shape and drop some body fat, on top of getting stronger and adding lean mass. There's a lot here that you are trying to accomplish, which there's nothing wrong with at all. We have some great sarms for healing, others great for fat loss, and then others that are great for strength and lean mass gain. There is a perfect synergy between them when stacked,mane for your particular situation there's not going to be anything better than the superman stack.

You'll have LGD, MK-2866, and MK677 for hea.ing purposes, GW and Sr9009 for fat loss and endurance, and S4, RAD, and LGD for lean mass and strength gains. It's the most extensive stack but it's simply going to be the best for you

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.

I'm going to let the other guys answer about sarms. I am on my first run and could help you set something up. But I don't want to limit it to my knowledge.
But I do have a question about one or two of your movements. And this goes for everyone who reads this. How does squats hurt your back but not leg press. Think about the leg press. You are leaning back against a firm object. All of the weight is on your feet. Now that pressure runs from your feet, to your legs, but ultimately ends on a very small portion of your back! Lower back to be specific. I just don't understand how people miss that point.
Not saying you're doing it wrong lol. Just that when it comes to the physics, leg press puts way more pressure on the back than squats. P

Saiyan, you are 100% correct, I don't feel any lower back pain when I squat. But for some reason I just fear it.(must be physiological). But I do Squat twice a week..
 
Thanks Rick. Can I do without the S4??

S4 can really help with the hardening and vascularity. It can be done without but works best altogether. I have some slight yellow tint at night and it takes longer to adjust to dark. But it's only when you take it. It goes away after you stop for a few days. I don't think it's too bad at all.

Yes, if you'd like to forget the S4 that's fine. I know some people don't want to use it because of the possibility of vision issues, and if that's the case that is fine. You will lose some of the hardness and vascularity benefits,Mobutu the stack can be ran without it
 
Rick, from what week on do I start to incorporate the PCT?

The PCT a would start the day after your last sarms dose bro. Everything should be ending around the 12 week mark or within a few days after. That's when your PCT would start
 
that stack is very ideal and you most certainly can do it without s4.. your missing out if you dont use it because its one of the stronger sarms but you can still have huge results with the stack rick laid out... you will get way more than what you expect and you will be in for a nice treat... im happy to help with anything you need... make sure to post this in the proper section next time though because it could get overlooked otherwise...
 
What about running the S4 at a lower dose if you fear getting vision issues?

This is certainly a good option as well. There are some great benefits to S4 and the side effects can be controlled by following the dosing protocol correctly

absolutely you can... its best to start with 50 mg... if the sides get intolerable, then you would go to a 5 on and 2 off protocol but you can try to start lower as well if you like..
