I just had an early morning chest day. I work out alone most of the time. Had a pre-workout shake about 1 hour before my workout. 100grams of carbs, 50 grams of protein, 5 grams of creatine and my bcaa's.. Warmed up with 135lbs for 10 reps and went for gold.. Managed 45 reps at 225lbs. Not Clean reps(bounced of the chest a few of them) but I'll take it. I tried posting pics of some of my previous workouts but the iphone wont let me upload.
