Suggested SARM stack for 2x a day Hypertrophy workouts?

I'm starting a 2x day (AM/PM) Hypertrophy workouts, 6x days a week and I'm wondering what a suggested SARM stack would be for maximum muscle gain? Thanks!

the possibilites are endless with this type of stack man. but if it was me, i would run a stack of RAD, LGD, and S4.
 
Honestly for hypertrophy training, you don't really need 2x a day. That's actually more endurance/stamina training. Hypertrophy training needs one good solid workout daily with sets around 45-55 seconds and squeeze it with slow eccentrics. If you workout hard enough, one workout a day is all you need to grow. 2x a days are for people who fuck around 75% of each workout, or they're for folks who are coming into a show. If you smash legs in the A.M. you shouldn't be able to do shit after that. It can actually take away gains and turn you catabolic and overtrain and that's definitely not your goal. Eat enough, train hard and smart, and rest. You don't grow in the gym... you grow from what you do OUTSIDE of the gym. But surely you're a grown man. Just trying to throw some knowledge out there ;)

Thanks for the tip. I'm running a short 4-week, 2x/day cycle to test it out. Obviously I need to take in enough calories, but wanted to give it shot and see what happens.

1-12 LGD 10mg per day
1-12 MK2866 25mg per day
1-12 S4 50mg per day
1-12 RAD140 20mg per day
1-12 GW 20mg per day

Clomid 25/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day

1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
9-12 daa

of course brother... im more than happy to help in any way i can... this stack is the shit and you will absolutely love it... its basically the superman stack without mk677... you can add 677 to make the superman stack as well
