Hi I'm looking to do some cutting, after talking to my boyfriend he suggested I try Sarms. So I did a little digging and I see most women do the triple stack, is this the right way to go? I also see that some women split doses. Is this recommended for better results? Any feedback is much appreciated! Cycles, doses, etc...
Let me tell you a little about myself...I'm a 38 year old female and I just got back into crossfit 2 months ago after 6 months off due to some injuries. Diet is good and exercise is a solid 5 days a week consisting of Crossfit and Olympic lifting. I'm 5'3 and 143lbs. Would like to get down to my ideal weight of 130-135 with gains.
