Being a carb sensitive individual what does your macros look like? Mine are all fats/proteins with 25-50g of carbs with 2,200-2,500 cals a day since I'm not active at work. How does one grow from this kind of diet? Add in refeeds? Yes! Carb timing? Yes! Just wanted some of you endomorphs insight on keto dieting.

if you are endomorph use low GI carbs, like broccoli, kale, spinach, cauliflower, green beans, peas, etc. as you already know, most endomorphs are resistant to insulin, so when insulin removes glucose from blood stream and glucose via glycogen would be stored in liver and muscles - but for endomorphs it is moreso stored as fat, so it is the High GI carbs that kill them, aka rice, potatoes, flour, bread, etc. in case you dont know, GI is glycemic index, its a measure of carbs by how much they spike blood sugar. so low GI is the best for endomorphs..
