I want it all, lol! Strength, endurance, leaning up. I'm not going for the bulk right now. As much as my joints hurt from BJJ, I'm not going to use Deca until my body fat is much lower. Not that I'm excused from using other types, but while using Test and Primo, my blood work came back great (although test was only 400, but I am 46). It was taken 4 weeks after last pin (250 Test enanth, 200 Prim) and while on a nolva/clomid PCT. I'd be happy with steady strength and growth gains, and I definitely love the added endurance.
I currently do HIIT training twice a week, weight room 3 times a week, 2 hrs each time. Also about 4 hours of cardio per week. My diet is pretty good. I average about 2200 calories per day. I don't drink or smoke and I take in about 200 grams of protein a day.
In January I weighed 260lbs and was horribly out of shape (but still lifted weights). As much as I wanted to do some gear that my buddy gave me, I waited until I was 225 in June to begin. I don't have much experience with gear. In 1994 went on some shopping trips to Juarez, MX and found various things like Sten, Laurabolin, deca, test and some other things. No AI or PCT in those days. Probably did 16 weeks and that was it for gear experience until a couple of months ago.
My cycle plan is to run 375 Test, 600 Primo and 600 EQ for 20 weeks. I have aromasin, proviron (courtesy of BioTech) and cycle assist on hand, and will be looking to add clomid and nolva for PCT. Also plan on giving blood during cycle. My goal is to add lean mass while eating at calorie maintenance, while also increasing my endurance for BJJ. I hope to continue to drop BF, although I'm not going to use gear for that purpose.
I hope all this makes sense. First time I really had a chance to get it all out there. I'm concerned with my health and I really want to be in good shape (I'm not getting any younger!). I'm living a great lifestyle right now and I absolutely know that I'll be around 205lbs and 15%bf in November (and dropping).
